The Zionist aggression: filed a lawsuit before the International Criminal Court regarding the targeting of journalists in Gaza

Two human rights organizations, on Tuesday evening, filed a joint lawsuit before the International Criminal Court, regarding the systematic targeting of Palestinian journalists in the Gaza Strip by the Zionist entity.

The invitation comes after the martyrdom of six journalists after a raid by the Zionist occupation forces targeting their tent on Sunday in Gaza City.

And the “Palestinian Center for Human Rights” in Gaza and the “Hind Ragab Foundation”, based in Brussels, last night, a lawsuit to the International Criminal Court, in which they said that the recent Zionist attack is “much more than just another tragedy against journalists.”

They added: “This was not just another tragedy in a long war on the press. It was a clear criminal act, a war crime and part of a broader genocide campaign and requires a direct and specific legal response.”

In the lawsuit, the institutions called for the issuance of arrest orders against Zionist military officials and to expand the scope of the current international criminal court against the so -called Prime Minister of the occupied entity, Benjamin Netanyahu, to include crimes against journalists.
