Algeria is present on the International Tourism Stock Exchange – New Algeria

According to a statement from the National Tourism Office. Within the framework of “embodying the work program of the National Tourism Office for the year 2026, and enhancing promotional efforts at the international level, the tourism and traditional industry sector is participating in the International Tourism Exchange ITB Berlin 2026, which is being held in its sixtieth session from March 3 to 5 in the German capital, Berlin.”
The statement added that this event is “an opportunity to present a diverse Algerian tourism product that combines the desert, beaches, historical cities, and rich cultural heritage, which are ingredients that qualify Algeria “To be a promising future destination for German tourists seeking excellence and authentic experiences.”
In the same context, Algeria’s participation in this edition – according to the statement – will revolve around “highlighting the diverse tourism components that the country abounds with, through a pavilion designed with an architectural vision that reflects Algerian cultural and historical authenticity, with a focus on the desert dimension as an attractive and distinctive element, and equipping it with all the technical and communication means necessary to organize professional meetings and promotional activities.”
On this occasion, “various promotional materials will be displayed, such as brochures, brochures, and introductory films, in addition to providing 3D virtual visits to the most prominent tourist sites in Algeria, in a way that enhances visitors’ experience and excites them to discover the Algerian destination.”
“Examples of traditional craftsmanship products will also be displayed, especially carpets and traditional jewelry, allowing visitors to see part of the richness and authenticity of the Algerian cultural heritage.”
