The statement explained that these discussions had raised hopes for the possibility of reaching a peaceful settlement, but the escalation of military tension and the resulting unexpected repercussions had become a source of concern for Algeria.

The Ministry confirmed that it is closely monitoring the situation, calling on all parties to exercise restraint and give priority to the language of dialogue and the spirit of responsibility, in order to avoid further tension and instability in the Gulf region.
