Chanegriha participates in the work of the 11th meeting of the Algerian Chiefs of Staff Committee – Dialogue

Lieutenant General Said Chanegriha, Chief of Staff of People’s National Army, participated in the works of the 11th meeting of the Chiefs of Staff Committee and the 10th meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the Member States of the North African capacity.

The Lieutenant General delivered his first speech to the participants in the works of the 11th meeting of the Chiefs of Staff Committee and the 10th meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the Member States of the North African Qudra. At its outset, he conveyed the fraternal greetings of President Abdel Majid.

Lieutenant General said, “Algeria has advocated adopting a new African approach to combating terrorism based on combating armed groups and preventing all forms of extremism.”

Shangriha stressed that “the challenges facing our region require us to work on cooperation to reduce violence, extremism and all forms of transnational crime.”
