Al-Naama Police…seized 80 kg of processed kif and recovered 4 billion centimes – New Algeria

During the past week, the operational services of the Naama Police were able to carry out two successive operations that resulted in the seizure of 80 kilograms of processed kif originating from Morocco, in addition to the recovery of approximately four (04) billion centimes of proceeds from criminal activity, with the arrest of 13 people involved in the cases.

The Search and Intervention (BRI) team in the city of Ain Sefra was able to seize this quantity of drugs that was camouflaged inside a tourist vehicle, arresting six (06) members of the criminal network, in addition to recovering a second vehicle that was used in illegal activities.

While the Naama State Security Anti-Illicit Drug Trafficking Squad completed the second operation, which resulted in the dismantling of another criminal network active in the Al-Mishriyah district, consisting of seven (07) people, specialized in laundering and promoting money resulting from the proceeds of illicit drug trafficking.
