Place food in closed containers to avoid contact between raw foods and ready-to-eat foods. Do not leave cooked food for more than two hours at room temperature. Do not store food for long periods.

The Ministry of Health renewed its call to exercise a spirit of individual and collective responsibility, stressing that prevention is the most effective way to protect public health and avoid serious complications from food poisoning.
