Activating the mechanism for submitting digital transfer requests to the two students

The Ministry of National Education announced, on Sunday, the activation of the mechanism for submitting digital transfer requests for students from one educational institution to another, starting from the academic year 2025-2026, with all the necessary procedures and conditions for that.

According to a statement by the Ministry, the activation of submitting applications for transferring students through the information system will be available starting from Monday, September 8, 2025, as the guardian or legal guardian shall request the transfer electronically remotely through his own account in the saints space, within the information system for the national education sector through the link: //awlya.education.dz: https. By filling out the electronic transfer application form while raising one of the identification documents.

The identification documents are a document proving the residence in the geographical sector of the future institution or the presence of the headquarters of the guardian or the legal guardian in its vicinity according to the case, in addition to a health report that proves chronic disease and/ or disability according to the case, the school health doctor of the detection and follow -up unit gives it.

The director of the receiving educational institution also studies the transfer requests electronically and expresses an opinion through his own account in the information system for the national education sector, within a period not exceeding forty -eight (48 h) hours from the date of submitting the transfer request. The parents who submitted requests to transfer their children in the opinion of the director of the educational institution receiving through the same space and through the management of this institution.

The student will join the future institution after notifying his guardian or his legal guardian to accept the transfer request within a maximum of forty -eight hours (48 h) from the date of his notification to accept his request, and the Ministry of National Education confirmed in its statement that every transfer is made outside the information system for the national education sector is considered null and irreplaceable.
