During this meeting, which was attended by frames, Professors And university employees, ed. Yahya Jaafari, Rector of the University, provided comprehensive explanations about the contents of the university’s new basic law, highlighting the promising prospects it holds for enhancing the institution’s role in economic and social development, and supporting innovation and continuous training in line with current technological transformations.

The university director stressed that this new basic law will open many positive horizons for employees at various levels, whether in terms of improving the career path, enhancing job stability, and improving institutional performance. He appreciated their great efforts in serving the university, and called on them to redouble their efforts and work more to advance our university and consolidate its position nationally.

He also stressed that the new decree consolidates the hybrid training formula and opens the way for training Students Foreigners, enhancing audio and audio-visual production through production Lessons Distance education, in addition to reviving training on demand and linking training to the labor market through effective partnerships with ministerial sectors and economic institutions.

He also highlighted the importance of creating a new directorate in charge of scientific research, technological development, innovation, and entrepreneurship promotion, in addition to demarcating external relations within the tasks of the directorate’s prosecution for communication and relations with sectors, and demarcating all continuing education centers and granting them broader powers in their interventions.

For his part, Professor Abdel Qader Nasri, Chairman of the committee responsible for preparing the new organizational structure of the university, gave a presentation on the new structure, highlighting how it will contribute to improving administrative performance, strengthening governance, and ensuring greater efficiency in implementing the university’s primary and secondary tasks.

This meeting allowed the executives and employees to deepen their understanding of the latest developments in the Basic Law, and opened the door to discussion and interaction on ways to implement it on the field in a way that serves the development of the university and enhances its position as a pivotal actor in the system of continuous training and national development.
