These unpleasant developments for the coupists in Mali and their Russian allies come at a time when international organizations such as “The Centre” and “Aslid” confirmed that the presence of Vagner’s mercenaries in Mali did not achieve the promised stability, but rather led to an unprecedented escalation in violence against civilians.
