According to what I stated Statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs “The Israeli aggression against Lebanon is witnessing a continuous escalation, causing massive human losses and material destruction whose dimensions exceed all imaginable limits.”
The statement read: “Algeria condemns in the strongest terms these unacceptable attacks and expresses its full solidarity with the leadership and people of Lebanon. Algeria also affirms its firm adherence to Lebanon’s sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity.”
“In the face of this tragic situation, the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, remained in constant communication with his Lebanese counterpart, Mr. Joseph Aoun. He also instructed the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, to maintain close coordination with his Lebanese counterpart, Mr. Youssef Raji,” according to the ministry’s statement.
