Ben Yahia returns to Mouloudia Algiers

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mouloudia Club of Algiers, Mohamed Hakim Hadj Rajm, appointed Tunisian coach Khaled Ben Yahia as coach of the first football team.
The new, old coach will assume his duties until June 2027, according to the statement published by the club.
Ben Yahia left the club for Mouloudia at the end of last season, where he succeeded in leading the team to maintain the league title, and also won the Algerian Super Cup and reached the quarter-finals of the African Champions League.

The management of the leading team in the first professional league championship reached; An agreement was reached with South African coach Rulani Mokoena to terminate his contract before the end of the season.
Mokoena’s contract included a clause allowing him to leave permanently on the condition that he pay a financial compensation amounting to two months’ salaries.
The former coach of Mamelodi Sundowns was unable to achieve one of the team’s most prominent goals this season, which is to reach at least the semi-finals of the African Champions League.
In addition, they failed to advance beyond the quarter-finals of the Algerian Cup after losing to CR Belouizdad.
On the other hand, the club maintained its Super Cup title after defeating its traditional rival, Ittihad Al-Capital, and is making steady progress to secure the league title for the third season in a row.
Media reports indicate that the Libyan club Al-Ittihad will soon sign a contract with Mokoena, after the managers offered him a salary higher than what he was receiving at Mouloudia Algiers.
He will succeed the South African if the deal is concluded; Tunisian Khaled Ben Yahya, who replaced him in the capital club.
Ben Yahya left Al-Ittihad despite achieving excellent results, scoring nine victories in eight matches.
