Ooredoo Algeria enters into a strategic partnership with ANEP to enhance cooperation in communications and media – Algerian Al-Hiwar newspaper

Ooredoo Algeria signed a strategic partnership agreement with the National Corporation for Communication, Publishing and Advertising (ANEP) in a move aimed at enhancing integration and cooperation between the two institutions in multiple fields, including communications, media, advertising, logistics services, and digital projects.
The signing ceremony took place within the framework of a press breakfast organized by Ooredoo on March 11, 2026, in the presence of the Minister of Communications, Zouhair Bouamama, the President and Director General of the National Corporation for Communication, Publishing and Advertising, Masoud Agham, in addition to the General Manager of Ooredoo Algeria, Roni Tohme.
Promoting integration between the public and private sectors
The agreement aims to establish a comprehensive framework for cooperation between the two institutions, as Ooredoo seeks to provide innovative and advanced solutions in the field of communications, media and advertising services, as well as technological support by providing modern infrastructure tailored to the needs of the National Institution for Communication, Publishing and Advertising.
In return, Ooredoo will benefit from the National Corporation’s expertise in the fields of communication and media, in addition to providing specialized logistical services, with a focus on developing and implementing media and advertising activities.

Masoud Algham stressed that this partnership represents part of the National Corporation’s strategy to enhance cooperation with major economic players, with the aim of developing innovative services that take into account the current transformations in the market. For his part, Roni Tohme expressed his pride in signing this strategic partnership with ANEP, considering it a reference partner in the media and communication sector in Algeria.
