The first flight via the international land line between Annaba and Tunisia – New Algeria begins

The first flight via the international land line between Annaba and Tunisia was launched on Friday morning, under the supervision of the Minister of Interior, Local Communities and Transport, Said Saioud, and in accordance with his directives aimed at improving land transport services and facilitating the movement of citizens.
The Governor of Annaba State, accompanied by the Director General of the University Corporation for Transport and Services, supervised the signal for the start of the trip from the land station for transporting passengers, Mohamed Mounib Sundid in Annaba, in a step aimed at strengthening the land connection between Algeria and Tunisia and providing comfortable transportation options for travelers.
The route of the trip will pass through several border cities: Ben M’hidi, Ain Al-Assal, Al-Tarf, Laayoune, Bouche, Ain Draham, Jendouba and Beja, all the way to Tunis.
According to the established programme, four one-way flights will be organized weekly on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, compared to four return flights from Tunis on the same days.
The concerned authorities also called on travelers wishing to benefit from this line to make advance reservations at the land station level in Annaba or through the Mahattati application, with the need to have a valid passport.
The launch of this line comes just one day after the launch of the first flight via the international line linking Algeria and Tunisia.
