The spokesman pointed out that there are existing channels of communication with Iran, and that Qatar is currently focusing on reducing the escalation, explaining that any attack on the country will be dealt with appropriately.
He added that the Iranian attacks affect the economy of Qatar and the entire world, stressing that security is stable and the armed forces have succeeded in repelling the attacks.
He stressed that Qatar still believes in diplomacy, and welcomes the role of any party that contributes to ending the war and reducing tension in the region.
