The draft organic law on political parties aims to strengthen the constitutionally enshrined principle of political pluralism and enrich the provisions related to the establishment of parties, while enshrining the principle of transparency in financial management, which contributes to confronting various forms of corruption in political life.
The provisions of this law also included the inclusion of a number of new measures aimed at expanding the areas of parties’ contribution to public affairs, such as contributing to the implementation of the government’s general policy and submitting suggestions and opinions to it on several issues, including the formulation of public policies.
