The death of former international referee Mohamed Hansal – New Algeria

Former Algerian international referee Mohamed Hansal died this Sunday morning at the age of 78, just a few hours after participating in honoring old players.
And it reported Algerian News Agency, According to those close to the deceased, he died in the early hours of Sunday morning, on his way back from Chlef Province to Oran.
According to the same sources, the deceased died as a result of a heart attack he suffered a few hours after participating in a youth activity in the state of Chlef, which included a tribute ceremony organized by the “Radios” Association in honor of two former stars of the Chlef Association, the late Bouhla Mohamed and Maxi Mustafa. The deceased was one of the prominent members of this association.
Mohamed Hansal is considered one of the most prominent names that marked the history of Algerian arbitration, as he represented the Algerian whistle in many international competitions, and was among the refereeing crew in the 1990 World Cup Italy finals, leaving a distinctive mark on his sporting career.
The deceased was also known for his great discipline and high morals inside and outside the field.
