Algeria and Turkey discuss developments in the situation in the Middle East – New Algeria

The talks were also characterized – according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – by praising the historical ties and the distinguished level reached by Algerian-Turkish relations during the past few years, and the two parties praised the important steps that are being achieved on the path to consolidating the partnership that brings them together in various fields, especially economic and commercial ones.
These talks also allowed, adds the same source, a review of the upcoming bilateral benefits calendar and a discussion of ways to utilize them to the fullest in order to advance relations of cooperation and partnership, in line with the vision and will of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, and his brother, the President of the Turkish Republic, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
