Initiating cooperation between Algeria and Niger in the field of energy – New Algeria

The Ministry of Energy and Renewable Energies started through the complex SonlgazThe process of reviving cooperation with the Nigerian company “Nigelac”, in implementation of the recommendations of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, aimed at activating cooperation between Algeria and Niger.

The process includes many areas, especially supporting the electricity network in Niger and transferring Algerian expertise in various specializations. Through training services for the benefit of a technical team from Neglak The Nigerian, who will come to Adrar, will continue comprehensive training at the Engineering Training School of the Sonelgaz Branch – Services for a period of 3 weeks. To give them the experience necessary to enable them to operate the electricity production plants that Algeria will build in Niger.

This important step in the path of cooperation between Algeria and Niger comes after a series of preparations. Aiming to make this cooperation a success.
