The Algeria State Cleaning and Waste Removal Corporation, “Natcom,” revealed a collection 3 tons of bread materialDuring the first ten days of Ramadan, across 26 municipalities in the capital, compared to 4 tons collected in the same period of Ramadan last year.
The Foundation confirmed that throwing away this basic food item decreased by 25 percent, while 1,200 tons of household waste were collected per day, an increase of 6 percent compared to normal days.
