Regarding the celebration of World Civil Protection Day, the same speaker highlighted the establishment of a rich and diverse program in line with the slogan, especially through organizing forums, lectures, and study days with the participation of various actors involved to enrich this topic, in addition to cultural and sports programs, and programs directed to citizens.
The occasion will also be an opportunity to open the doors of all civil protection branches to citizens to introduce the sector and establish a culture of prevention from various dangers. Given the tasks assigned to the sector, which are to protect people and property and preserve the environment, which are large and sensitive tasks, Lieutenant Colonel Bernawi stressed that they require constant preparedness and readiness.
