The Ministry of Interior facilitates the certification of documents directed abroad in these states – New Algeria

Citizens will be able to approach the regional attachés of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which were put into service in Constantine, Ouargla and Oran, to authenticate public documents intended for use outside the country, as the Ministry of the Interior, Local Communities and Transport announced, Tuesday, in a statement.

The statement said: “As part of the entry into service of the regional attachés of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Constantine, Ouargla and Oran, we inform our honorable male and female citizens that they can approach these departments in order to authenticate public documents intended for use outside the homeland.”

This is done, as the same source indicated, through the following addresses:

– Constantine: Deksi Abdel Salam neighbourhood, adjacent to the administrative headquarters of the state, Constantine 25000.
– Ouargla: Rabah Abderrahmane Street, opposite the Irrigation Directorate, downtown, Ouargla 30015.
– Oran: National Road No. 04, Jamal district, next to the department headquarters, Oran
