The Minister also inaugurated a neighborhood center for intermediate storage of grains, which works to bring reception and collection services closer to farmers and facilitate collection and transportation operations towards transfer or long-term storage centers.

The Minister affirmed, by the way, that these structures have a strategic nature in view of their role in keeping pace with the productive dynamism known in the state of Mania, which has achieved encouraging results in the production of grains and fodder during recent seasons thanks to the expansion of irrigated areas and the adoption of modern techniques in desert agriculture, indicating that the state is continuing to support storage and collection capabilities in line with the increase in national production.
