Algeria Post announces working hours during Ramadan – Algerian Al-Hiwar newspaper

Foundation announced Algeria PostToday, Wednesday, the working hours for various postal institutions during the month of Ramadan 2026, taking into account the difference in the regulatory system and work areas between the north and the south.

The corporation’s statement explained that postal institutions in the north operating on the team system will open their doors from Saturday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30, while institutions operating on a continuous and limited service system will open their doors from Saturday to Wednesday from 09:00 to 15:00, and Thursday from 09:00 to 13:00. As for the specialized postal centers, they will operate from Saturday to Wednesday from 09:00 to 15:00, and Thursday from 09:00 to 13:00.

As for postal institutions in the southern regions operating on a team system, they will be from Saturday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:00, and institutions with a continuous and limited service system from Saturday to Wednesday from 08:00 to 14:00, and Thursday from 08:00 to 12:00. While the specialized postal centers will be open from Saturday to Wednesday from 08:00 to 14:00, and Thursday from 08:00 to 12:00.

These measures come to facilitate citizens’ access to postal services during the holy month, while adjusting working hours to suit Ramadan conditions.
