She said President and Director General of the General Assembly, Samah Lahlouh said that in view of the significant demand that the month of Ramadan usually witnesses for pasteurized milk at a regulated price, the complex increased its daily production of this substance by 21 percent, moving from 3.3 million liters to 4 million litres, which is equivalent to a total volume estimated at 120 million liters during this period, compared to 99 million liters produced in normal months.

Through this measure, the complex aims to ensure the abundance of this widely consumed substance, especially during periods of peak demand, especially during the month of Ramadan.

The complex, which has 16 dairy stores at the national level, opened 27 new direct sales points, bringing its commercial network to 220 points of sale. These new spaces will be opened in several states such as Annaba, Constantine, Batna, Setif, Algiers, Ain Defla, Bejaia, Mostaganem, Mascara and Tiaret.
