The General Directorate of Taxes informs all taxpayers that work is currently underway to improve technical performance at the level of the information system “Jabaytec”.
According to the Directorate’s statement today, Thursday, taxpayers subject to the real profit system and the simplified real system, who were unable to file their declarations online in accordance with the provisions of Article 111 of the Finance Law of 2026, can deposit the declaration “C No. 50” with its tax collectors, no later than Sunday, February 22, 2026.
As for the final declaration “C 12 bis” and the quarterly declaration “C 50 bis 2”, the deadlines for which have been extended until Sunday, March 1, 2026, the taxpayers who are subject to these obligations, and who have been granted online declaration accounts by the tax administration departments, will continue to deposit them with their tax collectors.
