The Red Crescent launches a large iftar initiative that includes 400 restaurants – New Algeria

The Algerian Red Crescent announced, in a statement today, Wednesday, that more than 400 restaurants will be opened to break the fast for fasting people and travelers across the various states of the country.
By the way, 17 giant tents will be set up in several states, including Algiers, Oran, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Medea, Ain Defla, Boumerdes, Mascara, In Guezam, Mnaia and Adrar, with a daily capacity of between 800 and 1,200 fasting people per tent.
The program also includes distributing hot meals inside international airports in Algiers, Oran, and Constantine, in addition to organizing a daily breakfast at the Kharouba station in the capital for the benefit of about 1,200 passengers daily.
This initiative falls within the framework of the solidarity efforts of the Algerian Red Crescent, as the humanitarian arm of the state. A broad and comprehensive national program of field activities was established during the holy month of Ramadan, aiming to accompany and support deserving families and to consolidate the values of social solidarity across the entire national territory.
