A parliamentary proposal to enable “Edit 3” underwriters to know the type of apartments and extract payment orders – New Algeria

The representative of the National People’s Assembly, Ezzedine Zahouf, called on the Minister of Housing, Urbanism, City and Urban Planning to intervene to enable the subscribers of the “Amendment 3” formula to view the type of apartments allocated to them, and to extract payment orders via the designated electronic platform..

The representative said, in his correspondence dated February 11, that he “received dozens of complaints and correspondence from citizens who subscribed to this housing formula, confirming that they have been unable, until today, to know the type of apartment allocated to them, or to download their “payment order” via the digital platform.

According to what was stated in the representative’s correspondence, the National Housing Improvement and Development Agency “Justice” did not issue, according to what was stated in the correspondence, any explanatory statement reassuring subscribers or explaining to them the procedures and steps that must be followed, especially in light of the approaching deadlines for payment, indicating that “the first deadline to pay half of the first part expires after less than ten days, at a time when a number of citizens are still unable to fulfill their financial obligations, due to their inability to obtain payment orders or view the details of the housing units intended for them.”

Because the correspondence carried an urgent nature, the representative called on the Minister of the Sector to intervene immediately to address this defect by directing the concerned agency to issue an urgent and detailed statement clarifying the situation to subscribers, ensuring the validity of the electronic platform and ensuring the availability of all required documents, including payment orders and details of residential units, calling for studying the possibility of extending the first financial deadline, until all concerned are able to obtain the necessary information and documents, in a way that ensures respect for their rights and avoids any consequences resulting from involuntary delay in payment, and the representative concluded his correspondence. Emphasizing his confidence in the Ministry’s keenness to protect the interests of citizens and ensuring the good conduct of this housing process, hoping to benefit from the urgent measures that will be taken to remedy this situation.
