The Minister of Housing, Urbanism, City and Urban Planning, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, chaired a technical meeting today, Monday, at the ministry’s headquarters, in the presence of the central frameworks of the ministry as well as the frameworks of the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development.
The first axis of the meeting was devoted to the file of contracts for subscribers of the Justice 2 program, where the Minister ordered the putting into service of an interactive digital application with notarization offices, dedicated to the delivery of subscriber contracts, starting next March, with emphasis on applying the legal reduction of 10 percent of the value of the remaining amount for housing, in accordance with the legislation in force.
As for the second axis, it was devoted to assessing the progress of the completion of projects for 80,000 housing units in Formula 3, the work of which began at the end of the year 2025. Regarding the remaining share, estimated at 120,000 housing units in Formula 3, the Minister gave instructions stipulating the necessity of starting their completion before the end of next month.
Regarding the 300,000 housing units program in Amendment 3, registered in the Finance Law of 2026, the Minister ordered the lifting of all administrative and technical obstacles, to ensure the actual start of the completion of this important housing program.
On the other hand, in the commercial aspect, an estimated 85 percent of the number of accepted subscribers who paid the first phase of the first tranche was recorded until February 9, 2026.
In this regard, it was decided to open the way to appeal the type of apartment via the digital platform of the Justice 3 program, starting next March.
