The Guinean national team was able to equalize the score in the thirteenth minute through Jean-Louis Koum, before the “Greens” regained the lead in the fifteenth minute thanks to Rayan Ait Hammadouche and Walid Riach, ending the first half with a 3-1 lead.

In the second half, the Algerian national team players reduced their playing style and relied on an organized defensive style. This was while waiting for counterattack opportunities that allowed them to deepen the gap, ending the match with a full score of seven goals to one.
