The Minister of National Education confirmed, during his chair yesterday evening, Sunday, at the Ministry’s headquarters in Muradia, a national symposium via remote video lecture technology, attended by members of the central administration, education directors, and assigned directors, that resorting to retirement before the legal age reflects the extent of the exhaustion imposed by the educational profession, stressing the relevance of this measure and its importance in responding to the concerns of sector employees.

Saadawi stressed the necessity of optimal care by education directorates for the beneficiaries of this procedure during their filing of retirement files, which reflects the high level of educational performance and the ministry’s keenness to honor colleagues leaving the educational and administrative fields.

In this context, the Minister noted the benefit of employees belonging to some branches of national education from a retirement pension before the legal age, under the patronage of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, considering this measure a clear embodiment of the care that the President of the Republic gives to the national education sector, and in appreciation of the great efforts made by its employees across the various educational levels.

On this occasion, Saadawi, on behalf of the educational family, expressed his deepest thanks and gratitude to the President of the Republic, in recognition of his continued appreciation for the status of the educator and his pivotal role in building generations.

The Minister directed expressions of appreciation and respect to teachers, professors, principals, inspectors, and directors of educational institutions who will benefit from this measure, after a long career path characterized by giving and dedication, in addition to all components of the educational family who continue to perform their duties in the field, carrying the noble message of education.
