The international press highlights President Tebboune’s meeting with the local press – New Algeria

On Sunday, the international press shed light on the regular meeting of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, with representatives of the national media, focusing on what was included in the President’s statements regarding the distinguished and strong fraternal relations that unite Algeria with the Arab countries and its neighboring countries.

The international press highlighted, following the meeting that was broadcast yesterday evening, Saturday, on national television and radio channels, during which the President of the Republic touched on the relations that unite Algeria with many neighboring countries and other brotherly and friendly countries, that these relations are built on brotherhood and mutual respect.

I was also interested in what was discussed in the meeting regarding President Tebboune’s vision and its authentic national extension, similar to what the late President Houari Boumediene aspired to, and the desire that inspired him to see a cohesive Arab and African world, in the context of solidarity, cooperation and brotherhood.

In this regard, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) touched on the “distinctive” relations between Algeria and Kuwait, and the latter’s commitment to contribute to the success of the Arab Summit hosted by Algeria in 2022.

In turn, the Kuwaiti daily Al Jarida reported the President of the Republic’s statements regarding the distinguished relationship between Algeria and the State of Kuwait, noting that Algeria has a common history with many Arab countries and therefore everything that affects these countries directly concerns Algeria.

For its part, the “Ain Libya” website focused on the common history that brings together Algeria and Libya in the fight against colonialism, and the importance that the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, attaches to stability in the country and the necessity of allowing Libyans to decide the future of their country and choose their representatives.

In turn, the Egyptian “National Media Authority” website praised the Algerian-Egyptian relations that extend for more than 70 years and the deep historical ties that unite the two brotherly countries, as it stopped at historical milestones that confirm this rapprochement, recalling the role that Egypt played in supporting Algeria in 1963.

The same stations were taken by Al-Mal newspaper, Masrawy website, and Misr Mojaz, who also praised, in the context of interaction with the topics that President Tebboune touched upon during his last meeting with the national press, the strong relations between the two countries, highlighting that Algeria always seeks to be a stabilizing force in the region.

The Russia Today news website indicated that Algeria has good relations with all Arab countries, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait, and that they are strong and more than fraternal.

The Turkish news agency, Anatolia, also returned to the statements of the President of the Republic, highlighting that Algeria’s relations are “good” with various Arab countries, noting the exception represented by one “statelet” that repeatedly tries to stir up problems and interfere in Algeria’s internal affairs, including seeking to influence the presidential electoral process.

This is what was concluded by the Iranian website “Al-Alam Channel”, which also noted Algeria’s fraternal relations with the Arab countries, with the exception of “a state” that always seeks to stir up problems in the region.
