The Minister of Health meets with the Syndicate of Medical Assistants in Anesthesia and Resuscitation – New Algeria

The Minister of Health, Professor Mohamed Siddiq Ait Messaoudane, received members of the Independent National Union of Medical Assistants in Anesthesia and Public Health Resuscitation, headed by Mohamed Amine Ben Dali, in the presence of members of the central committee in charge of dialogue with social partners.

In a statement by the Ministry, today, Wednesday, this meeting was devoted to listening to the professional and social concerns raised by the union, as the Minister was keen to reassure its representatives, stressing that their demands received great attention, and at the same time reiterating his commitment to continuing efforts aimed at improving the conditions of health sector users.

Within the framework of establishing a culture of dialogue and consultation with various social partners, the Minister stressed that caring for the patient remains at the core of the state’s health policy, and that improving the performance of the various sectors of the sector is a basic guarantee for achieving the desired goals. He also explained that this meeting will be followed by a series of meetings with the rest of the social partners, as part of a comprehensive program aimed at listening to various concerns and studying them according to a participatory approach.

For his part, the President of the Independent National Union of Medical Assistants in Anesthesia and Resuscitation for Public Health expressed his thanks to the Minister for this invitation, stressing his confidence in his ability to make a qualitative shift that contributes to developing the health system and improving the conditions of its workers.

He also noted the spirit of cooperation that characterizes the relationship between the union and the central administration, considering that this meeting reflects the common will to enhance constructive dialogue in the service of the public interest.

The meeting concluded in an atmosphere of trust and understanding, which reflected the common interest in continuing consultation and deepening social dialogue between the Ministry and its social partners in the health sector.
