The National Hajj and Umrah Office called on the citizens who won the lottery, and who have the right to reduce their travel ticket, to go as soon as possible to their relevant bodies, in order to complete the procedures for obtaining the reduction certificate.
The Bureau explained in a statement today, Monday, that this measure falls within the framework of the ongoing preparations for the Hajj season 1447 AH/2026 AD.
