Al-Aqsa before the month of Ramadan… deportation and arrests of the Almoravids – Algerian Al-Hiwar newspaper

Palestinian political analyst and activist Uday Jaara said that there is almost no young man stationed in Al-Aqsa Mosque left in Jerusalem without the occupation handing him a decision requiring his removal from Al-Aqsa Mosque during the month of Ramadan.

According to the same analyst, the occupation’s annual preparation for the holy month in Al-Aqsa Mosque is no less than its preparations for war, by carrying out deportations against all active activists in Rabat, and deporting the Murabitat not only from Al-Aqsa Mosque, but from its surroundings and the Old City as well, in addition to imposing house arrest decisions on Jerusalem activists, and almost completely preventing young men and activists from the West Bank from entering Jerusalem.
The latest occupation measures were to hand over to the occupation forces the two brothers Adam and Amir Al-Rishq, a decision requiring their deportation from the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque for a period of six months.
The Wadi Hilweh Information Center in Al-Maqdisi states that the occupation intelligence handed the two brothers the deportation decision without informing them of clear reasons, in a move that the family considered an arbitrary measure and a direct targeting of the Palestinian presence in Al-Aqsa Mosque.
A few days ago, the Israeli occupation police handed Jerusalemite researcher and educational supervisor Ahmed Al-Safadi a decision requiring his deportation from the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque for a period of six months.
Al-Safadi’s deportation, along with dozens of other cases, indicates the recent intensification of this policy, in an attempt to empty Al-Aqsa Mosque of its patrons and guards and impose a new reality that serves the occupation’s Judaizing plans.

Al-Safadi is a Palestinian Jerusalemite political researcher and analyst. He is considered one of the prominent figures in following up and documenting the issues of the occupied city of Jerusalem and Palestinian political affairs. He is known for being a political researcher and educational supervisor, as he focuses his studies on the occupation’s attempts to change the educational curricula in Jerusalem and erase the Palestinian cultural identity.
It also closely follows the files of the displacement of Palestinians from Jerusalem neighborhoods. Within the same policy, and according to the Wadi Hilweh Information Center, the occupation intelligence summoned a few days ago 35 Jerusalemites of various age groups, including the elderly, young men, boys and women, to the Al-Qashla police station in the Old City of Jerusalem, where they handed them decisions requiring their deportation from Al-Aqsa Mosque for a week, with the possibility of renewing the deportation.
The center stated that the occupation authorities demanded that the summonses return to the investigation centers immediately after the end of the deportation period, which extends for a week. The occupation authorities also handed every Jerusalemite a written deportation decision, under the pretext of what it called “a tangible fear of disturbing public order and security,” according to the text of the decision.

The decisions were attached to aerial maps showing the alleys, gates and entrances to which the deportees are prohibited from approaching. The Wadi Hilweh Information Center – Silwan added that most of the summoned people are liberated prisoners, whose deportation decisions were renewed immediately after the expiration of previous decisions that had been delivered to them last September, in a step aimed at preventing them from reaching Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The matter is not limited to deportation, as the occupation forces arrested five Jerusalemites from inside the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and at its gates. Among the detainees was Nizam Abu Romuz, who was later released on the condition that he be kept away from Al-Aqsa Mosque for a week, with the possibility of extending the decision. – Arab Jerusalem –
