The President of the National People’s Assembly, Ibrahim Bougali, stressed the importance of coordination and consultation between the various parliamentary groups, in order to enhance the presence of the National People’s Assembly in supporting national efforts aimed at addressing priority issues.
This came while the President of the National People’s Assembly chaired, on Monday, a coordination meeting that included heads of parliamentary groups, devoted to discussing a number of topics that are of interest to national public opinion.
The meeting was an opportunity to review the most prominent concerns on the national scene, and discuss ways to deal with them effectively, through exchanging opinions and viewpoints on the possibilities of parliamentary contribution in proposing appropriate solutions that respond to the aspirations of citizens.
The President of the Council, by the way, stressed the importance of coordination and consultation between the various parliamentary groups, in order to enhance the presence of the National People’s Assembly in supporting national efforts aimed at addressing priority issues.
On the other hand, the President of the National People’s Assembly congratulated the Algerian people on the occasion of the New Year 2026, wishing everyone health, happiness and success.
Boughali said that the new year should be full of reassurance and progress at various levels, highlighting that Algeria is welcoming a new year with renewed determination after a year full of parliamentary activities.
He expressed his aspirations that the coming year will be a stage in which achievements accelerate and in which the efforts of state institutions are combined.
He also highlighted the importance of embodying the vision of the President of the Republic to build a victorious Algeria and serve the nation sincerely, stressing the necessity of consolidating the development path and strengthening institutional work, calling for solidarity and joint work between state institutions and citizens to achieve comprehensive development and strengthen Algeria’s position.
