As for the competition arrangements, the statement indicated that education directors will supervise the control and extraction of lists of students concerned with the competition according to each level, prepare summons for them, and coordinate with the principals of the nation’s cubs schools in order to obtain the list of students concerned with the competition.
Education directors will supervise the distribution of typical training topics to the students interested in participating according to each category and assign subject teachers at the level of each institution to accompany them in this, as well as identifying the centers for conducting the competition and distributing students to them at a rate of 20 students in each hall, including students from the nation’s cubs schools and private education institutions.
In the same context, education directors will be responsible for appointing a state committee to follow up on organizing the competition, consisting of supervisors in the subject of mathematics (a national education inspector or secondary education inspector, an intermediate education inspector, a secondary education professor and an intermediate education professor), along with appointing the centers for conducting the competition and the supervision and guarding body, and this is before Thursday, January 8, 2026.
Student invitations will be sent to educational institutions before Thursday, January 8, with the competition topics printed, placed in sealed envelopes, and sent to the heads of the procedure centers on Thursday, January 15, with an emphasis that they will not be opened until the day of the exam, according to what was included in the statement of the Ministry of National Education.
