The Transparency Commission refers corruption files to justice – Algerian Al-Hiwar newspaper

The Supreme Authority for Transparency, Prevention and Combating of Corruption announced the referral of a number of corruption files to the competent judicial authorities, following their examination by the Authority during the current year.

A statement by the authority explained that its council, during its fourth regular session held yesterday, approved the outcome of activities for the year 2025.

He revealed that 15 files containing acts suspected of a corrupt nature had been referred to the relevant regional public prosecutors.

In addition to referring two other files to the Accounting Council, out of 18 files that were studied.
