In this regard, Benzar Boudin said that the African Sahel countries realized their mistakes and realized that Algeria is their best ally and friend in the region, far from foreign ambitions.
Regarding national sovereignty and laws, especially the law criminalizing colonialism, the Secretary-General of the National Democratic Rally Party stressed the rejection of neocolonial narratives, which are a direct warning to some French movements that are still captive to the old hegemonic discourse. He also indicated support for the path of mutual respect between the Algerian and French peoples without forgetting the past and its pain, stressing that the law criminalizing colonialism is a clear sovereign message that rejects any external dictates and confirms that Algeria manages its affairs by its own free decision.
In another context, Boden stressed that the municipal law will make the mayor a true leader of his city and a holder of authority within its scope, which strengthens local governance and strengthens accountability and effectiveness.
Regarding local development, specifically in the state of Khenchela, Boden pointed out that the first cabinet outside the capital with a special development program allowed for the advancement of the state and the push for development, especially since the demands of the citizens of Khenchela for more development are legitimate and the state deserves the best.
Regarding the digitization of agriculture and protecting the economy, the same official called for the digitization of the sector as soon as possible to ensure the transparency of the sector and protect the vital economy from anyone who tries to disrupt it, stressing the need to fight brokers who feed on the efforts of farmers and the purchasing power of the citizen to ensure the justice and stability of the agricultural sector.
In conclusion, the Secretary-General of the National Democratic Rally Party, Munther Boudin, affirmed support for youth agricultural investments, noting that there is a delay in the launch of youth agricultural investments in the state of Khenchela, calling for urgent solutions to be developed in coordination with the beneficiary youth to ensure the activation of these initiatives and the achievement of their development goals.
