On Tuesday, the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (Adl) will begin the localization of a huge program of housing across 26 states, in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to accelerate the pace of localization of housing in the “Adl 3” program.
In this regard, the Director General of Housing at the Ministry of Housing, Urbanism, City and Urban Planning, Mohamed Marjani, explained in his statements to Algerian television, that according to the Finance Law for the years 2025 and 2026, half a million housing units were registered in the form of sale for rent (edit 3).
The General Director of Housing, Mohamed Morjani, said that a working group was formed consisting of engineers who graduated from Algerian universities, who worked on designing the “Edit 3” program, according to what the Algerian citizen requires and responds to the traditions, peculiarities and character of each region.
The Director General of Housing at the Ministry of Housing, Urbanism, City and Urban Development added that his sector is working to create and establish new urban poles through the settlement of “Edit 3” housing to reach the goal of achieving 47 urban poles in the form of integrated cities across all states of the country.
The same source pointed out that, in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to accelerate the pace of resettlement of housing in the “Add 3” program, the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development “Add” will begin today (Tuesday) the resettlement of a huge program of housing across 26 states.
In this context, he stressed that the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development “Adl” exceeds the ceiling of commitments, as 80,000 housing units have been resettled in the form of sale for rent “Adl 3” across the various states of the country.
