The Minister of Commerce receives his Somali counterpart at Houari Boumediene – Algerian dialogue

The Minister of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion, Professor Kamal Raziq, received today, Tuesday, in the honorary hall of Houari Boumediene International Airport, Minister of Trade and Industry of the Republic of Somalia, Mahmoud Ahmed Aden, who was in Algeria at the head of an important delegation to participate in the activities of the fourth edition of the African Betical Trade Exhibition (IAF 2025) in the capital.

During the reception ceremony, the two ministers stressed the strategic importance of this continental event, as it is a pivotal platform for promoting trade exchanges between African countries, and building promising economic partnerships that support regional integration and opens new horizons for South -South cooperation.

At the end of the meeting, Minister Raziq expressed Algeria’s welcome to his Somali counterpart and his accompanying delegation, wishing them a fruitful participation and good residence in Algeria.
