The Administrative Council of the Belouizdad Youth Club met yesterday evening, to appoint a successor to the resigned president, Mahdi Rabhi.
The council member, Rashid Okali, was appointed as the new president of the club, at the instigation of Sharaf al -Din Amara, the president and the general manager of the “Madar” complex, the owner of the Belusiad Youth Club.
Rashid Okali, 42, is not considered a stranger to the football world. He obtains a “master” certificate in management and sports management. His sporting career began as a referee for football matches. This is before he ignited the position of head of the state association of Algiers of the capital for a period of ten years (from 2014 to 2024).
It appeared to the national football façade, when he was elected within the Federal Office of the Algerian Football Association “Al -Faf” headed by Sharaf al -Din Amara in the year 2021.
As one of the loyal men of Sharaf Al -Din Amara, he ignited the position of Chairman of the Finance Committee of “Al -Faf”.
