The Algeria Exhibition Foundation, a branch of the Algerian Exhibition and Export Company (SAFEX), announced today, Monday, the organization of 60 national and international economic events during the year 2026 at the Exhibition Palace in the Maritime Pines in the capital, to cover the various vital sectors that constitute the pillars of the national economy.
In a statement, the Foundation explained that the year’s program includes the fields of industry, construction and public works, energy, agriculture, food industries, health and pharmacy, transportation, tourism, environment and services, noting that the palace provides various exhibition spaces in its main wings, including the Palestine Pavilion, the Kasbah, Al-Ittihad, Al-Saoura, the central pavilion, Qurara and Al-Ahghar, to meet the technical and logistical needs of exhibitors in accordance with international standards.
The agenda includes organizing reference exhibitions at the national and international levels, including the Algiers International Fair in its 57th edition (June 22 to 27), the International Building, Building Materials and Public Works Exhibition “Batimatic” (May 3 to 7), the International Food Industries Exhibition “Jazzagro” (April 12 to 15), and the International Agricultural Salon “CEPSA Falaha” (May 18 to 21). The program also includes activities Cultural and tourism, such as the Algerian International Book Fair “Sila” (October 28 to November 7), the International Tourism and Travel Salon “SETAF” (June 11 to 14), the Algerian Production Exhibition, and the Banks, Insurance and Financial Products Exhibition (December 17 to 26).
On another level, the Foundation will organize new editions of events of wide interest, such as “Ramadan in the Palace” (February 12 to March 14) and the School Entrance and Shopping Exhibition (September 17 to 27).
The Foundation also stated that these demonstrations aim to stimulate the economic movement, enhance trade exchange, and accompany economic operators, as well as improving the image of Algeria as a regional destination for exhibitions and economic events, while providing spaces for meeting, exchanging experiences, and concluding partnerships.
