Joint efforts to control forest fires in the states

Efforts to control the forest fires witnessed in several regions of the country, by recruiting all available means to protect lives and property and limit the spread of flames.

Within the framework of the tasks implemented by the various detachments and units of the People’s National Army related to intervention during natural disasters, and after the outbreak of some fires, which touched rugged forest areas, the Supreme Command of the National People’s Army mocked several air force aircraft to participate in fire extinguishing efforts, where the fires that witnessed these mountainous areas were extinguished without registering any human losses.

The intervention of the detachments of the People’s National Army falls within the framework of supporting the efforts of the various interests participating in the process of extinguishing fires, from civil protection and the forest governorate in the states.

In this regard, the General Directorate of Civil Protection announced, on Monday, the general condition of vegetable cover fires within one day until eight in the morning, and the number of forest fires, jungle and bushes reached 48 fires, 38 final were extinguished, and the ongoing operations are still with other points, while submitting under guard 3 fires.

In the province of Chlef, the extinguishing efforts continued for a forest fire in the Damous Valley in Dawar Bouamama in the municipality of Bani Hawa. And Burbah in Awqas, and some fires were placed under guarding, including a fire in Ait Ismail and another and Bhqas.

In Tizi Ouzou, several fires were finally extinguished, including Ikshen and the village of Tarbeth, while fires were subjected to fires in the village of Mazan and Absqyran, while the suppression process is still ongoing in the village of Adeni in the municipality of Arjen, while the state of Jijel, efforts continued to put out fires in Bouzoun Jimar in the Kashfa, Amzai Burj Al -Tahr, and Mesika in the children of Yahya Khadrouch, while other fires were subjected to guarding in Beni Maimon.

The state of Setif witnessed the continuation of the extinguishing operations in all of the children of Ali, the arm of a tribe and the coastal of the children of Yahya Khadroush, with other fires, such as the Al -Qitoun Division in Dahmasha.

In other states, less numerical fires were recorded, as they were finally extinguished by Blida (Rights Rights), Annaba (Jinan Al Bay Beach), Boumerdes (workers, Munayel and Khamis Al -Khashna), Al -Tarif (Ballabouba Bayfour), Tissemselt (Dawar Al -Araibiya), Khenchela (Timthattin), Souk Ahras (Ain Macker) (Sidi Ahmed Aqlouche Forest under guard).

The governor of Jijel supervised the members of the State Security Committee for the process of extinguishing the fire of the Mashaiki area of ​​the municipality of Awlad Yahya Khadroush, in the presence of the civil protection and forests and various administrative interests involved in the field, where three families were evacuated as precautionary after their residence was evacuated.

At the same time, the process of extinguishing my fire, Amzai, continued with the Tower of Al -Tahr and Bani Maimon in the children of Yahya Khadroush, by harnessing all available material and human means, while giving strict instructions to protect citizens and their properties.

Due to the difficulty of the terrain and the lack of tract in the place of the fire, the interfering teams were supported by the air launcher, as the land and air intervention contributed to controlling the situation to intervene the extinguishing process its last stages, amid careful field follow -up to ensure that the fire did not expand.

The governor also gave immediate instructions to the achievement institution overseeing the eastern stellar project, which is located near the place, in order to harness its heavy mechanisms to help firefighters and open the tract inside the forest to facilitate the arrival of intervention teams.
