In this context, “employees of the Security and Investigation Division of the National Gendarmerie in Biskra and employees of the Regional Division of the National Gendarmerie in Oumache were able, in two separate operations, following confirmed information, to seize significant quantities of psychotropic substances and arrest suspected persons.”

These operations resulted in “the seizure of more than 27,000 psychotropic substances of the type Pregabalin 300 mg, two tourist cars and 6 mobile phones, in addition to the arrest of six suspected persons,” continues the same statement, which indicated that “an investigation has been opened into the cases and the suspects will be presented before the competent judicial authorities immediately upon completion of the investigation.”
